Information you choose to share
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email, and project details. Optional details include the property location, budget, and timeline. We also receive information you choose to send by email. Submit only information relevant to your project, without payment card details, identification documents, or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Information submitted through the form helps BCN Builders review your request, discuss project requirements, and contact you about next steps. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Service providers
Quote requests are processed through Formspree for delivery to BCN Builders. Business email is hosted by Hostinger, and the website is hosted through Sites. These services process information needed to operate the website and handle inquiries. Formspree processes the details submitted from your browser and forwards notifications to our business inbox. Its handling of service data is described in the Formspree privacy policy.
How long we keep inquiries
Our retention period for quote requests that do not become projects is 12 months from receipt. At the end of that period, we delete the inquiry and related copies held for quote follow-up, unless retention is required by law. If an inquiry becomes a project, the resulting records are handled separately for the contract and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Service providers may retain technical logs and backups under their own retention policies.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not load advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver their services, protect against abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
